Ich hab lange überlegt, wie ich das Thema Wickelkommode lösen will – ehrlich gesagt wollte ich nämlich keine „richtige“ Wickelkommode kaufen, die nach 2–4 Jahren nutzlos rumsteht. Wir hatten vorher zwei Malm-Kommoden, und ich dachte eigentlich: „Da kauf ich einfach den Wickelaufsatz, fertig.“Aber… mal ganz ehrlich: optisch nicht der Knaller, wenig Tiefe, nicht wirklich praktisch, und irgendwie ging der Platz super schnell aus.
Durch unser Babybett bin ich dann auf die Eden-Kommode von Sämann gestoßen – und ich hab mich sofort verliebt. Was für mich der Gamechanger war? Der Wickelaufsatz lässt sich einfach an- und abbauen. Heißt: Die Kommode lebt weiter. Entweder für die Kleine, fürs Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer… egal wo. Genau das war mir so wichtig.
Und was mich wirklich überrascht hat: Wir haben 1,5 Malm-Kommoden in dieser EINEN Kommode verstaut. Die Schubladen sind tiefer, breiter (1,14 m!) und diese kleinen Abtrennungen innen sind so wertvoll, wenn man einfach Ordnung möchte. Dazu dieser Push-Mechanismus – du drückst leicht dagegen und die Schublade öffnet sich smooth und leise. Kein Knallen, kein Ruckeln, kein Baby-wacht-gleich-wieder-auf.
Optisch ist sie für mich einfach zeitlos schön. Holzfüße, saubere Linien, warmes Design. Ich hab sie sogar mal kurz ohne Wickelaufsatz dekoriert – und sie wirkt einfach wie ein richtiges Möbelstück, nicht wie „Babyzimmer“. Wir sind SO happy damit… und ja, ich frag mich wirklich, warum ich das nicht früher gemacht habe.
